    1-hour coaching calls are scheduled at 11 PST / 12 MST / 1 CST / 2 EST on TUESDAYS. Exact dates of calls will be inside the community for you to add to your calendar. Replays with transcripts are always posted for those who cannot attend calls.

    We also host group work sessions in the Hive, at various times throughout the year. These are not recorded but are for accountability to get things DONE in your business in community with others.

  • NO- not for this last Hive cohort from July-Dec 2026. I’ve opened access to any service-based professional businesses. Given my connections, it will likely be mostly OTs, PTs, SLPs, and mental health counselors inside the Hive.

  • 99.9% of what we do in the program is relevant no matter where you run your business. It’s not a “start your business” program so we don’t cover legal aspects, taxes, etc. The program is all about getting good systems in place for business efficiency and growth (and sanity as a business owner)! For the finances part- which is the only part where taxes would come up as a topic- Laura teaches her system to stay organized, which you can use in any country, despite any different tax laws.

  • We have PROVEN the effectiveness of this program with 100+ therapists who have given feedback and rave reviews about the transformation it brought about in their businesses.

  • Some of you may know I teach a nature-based therapy training called ConTiGO.

    Many therapists start with ConTiGO, and then enroll in the Hive when they are ready to grow their business.

    You do NOT have to take ConTiGO to join the Hive. The Hive offers business coaching and resources for any service-based business owner.

    The ConTiGO Approach™ is about nature-based therapy, not business. 

    ConTiGO is all about equipping you to do evidence-based therapy outdoors in nature based on research and best practices. ConTiGO covers the theoretical foundations for nature-based therapy, plus gives you an operationalized approach to nature-based therapy to help you plan and provide effective outdoor therapy sessions. The Modules include theoretical foundations, the key elements of the approach, the role and responsibilities of the therapist, and environmental assessment of nature areas for providing outdoor sessions. Skills videos include fort building, fire building, whittling, and outdoor swings. There are additional bonuses included in the course as well, but even though some logistical elements are shared in ConTiGO, the bulk of the course is about practice, NOT business.     Learning to run an effective business or program takes additional work and skill beyond what is covered in ConTiGO.
